Project: The Gresham Hotel, Dublin 2.

Scope of works:

The project involved the electrical installation for the newly constructed
22 bedroom extension over part of the existing hotel building, while
the hotel continued with its normal day to day activities.
The project involved particular close liaision and interface with hotel
management and other contractors to ensure no disruption to the hotel
power and data services and to ensure the safety of the public during
the works. Main elements of works were, new fire & intruder alarm,
cctv and access control, P.A. system, services, data, comms room,
patch panel, general and emergency & general services and power.
