Scope of Works

Upgrade of a four storey over basement student accommodation
building to provide 102 Bedrooms, c.w ensuite bathrooms, 21 new
kitchens, laundry room, games rooms, media room, reception and
landlord common areas.
The scope included general and emergency lighting, specialist lighting
for bespoke furniture, power distribution and upgrade works, general
services, fire alarm, data, access control, mechanical and gas power
