Project: Castleforbes Square, North Dock, Dublin 1.

Scope of works:

The project consisted of fire and emergency lighting remedial and
upgrade works to the underground basement and landlord stair cores
at North and South Blocks.
The scope inlcuded modification and realignment of the existing
electrical services to allow for fireproofing of the steel structure,
containment and alterations to existing, general services, power
distribution and distribution boards, general and emergency lighting,
new Heat Trace Cable fire alarm detection systems installed
throughout basements and disabled refuge systems.
