Scope of Works:

This contemporary open plan office design of 15,000sq ft included 100
office staff desks, break out areas, canteen, bar, sports room and
meeting rooms. The works were completed to a tight 9 week
programme within an occupied office building.
Scope of work included Installation of new dimmable LED lighting,
general and emergency lighting, general services, power distribution
and distribution boards, containment, mechanical wiring, AC units,
WiFi points, data, fire and intruder alarm, comms rooms, racks, patch
panels, floor boxes, desk sockets and containment.
